Cardiff University SHARE e-Journal is an open access academic journal and blog led by an enthusiastic team of postgraduate students in the School of History, Archaeology and Religion (SHARE).

Our History

The SHARE e-Journal developed out of a joint interest in aiding the work of postgraduate research (PGR) students and Early Career academics, shared between members of staff and the PGR hive-mind of the School of History, Archaeology and Religion. Our editorial board is a synergetic combination of experienced editors and postgraduate students, eager to experience the toils and joys of publishing academic work.

The Journal

The SHARE e-Journal is published through Cardiff University Press, a Diamond Open Access publisher. The journal’s publishing focus ties in with the wide subject scope of the School of History, Archaeology and Religion, accepting all topics, as well as interdisciplinary work tied in with these academic fields. The Journal is free of charge to authors and readers. We welcome submissions from PGR students at any accredited University.
